These Trust Fall Mats are a great tool to use in team building activities. The mat creates a safe and fun way to introduce students to a group trust fall. The Trust Fall Mat comes with a one year replacement warranty.
Any damage caused by using the product for its intended use will be covered.
Simply send us back the product and we will send you our a replacement.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only offer shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand. We hope to expand in the future, but for now, our online store is exclusively for local orders.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@etutangata.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
1 Kairua Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are your sizing options?
We offer a wide range of sizes to make sure everyone feels included, from XS right through to 5XL (please note that not all sizes will be available for all products). For specific sizing please refer to the size guide located above the "Add to cart" button above.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, of course! Pick up is available from our offices, located at 1 Kairua Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8025. We are open for pick ups from 8:30am - 4:00pm daily.
To arrange for a pick up, select the "Pick up in store" option at the checkout. Please allow for at least 1 business day to prepare your order.
